CrossMark Policy

Crossmark is a unique initiative from CrossRef to facilitate a standard way for readers to locate the authoritative version of a document. Peertechz maintains the Crossmark icon with a commitment to maintain the updated published content and alert readers whenever any change occurs in the published content.

Peertechz understands the significance of the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record and attaches the highest importance to maintaining trust in the authority of its electronic archive. The Crossmark icon will be present on pdf and HTML versions of the article. When a reader clicks on the icon, he/she gets information about current status of the published content and any information on additional publication record of that manuscript.

Corrections and Retractions policy

Corrections policy provides a means of correcting errors of omission, such as author names, citations, errors of a scientific nature that do not alter the overall basic results or conclusions of a published article. This also include an incorrect unit of measurement causing erroneous data for only a noncritical portion of the study. For corrections of a scientific nature or issues involving authorship, including contributions and use or ownership of data and/or materials, all disputing parties must agree, in writing, to publication of the Correction. For omission of an author's name, letters must be signed by the authors of the article and the author whose name withdrawal is requested.

Retractions policy is earmarked for major errors or breach in ethics that may call into question the source of the data or the validity of the results and conclusions of an article. Authors are suggested to submit Retractions along with letters of agreement signed by all of the authors as supplemental material. The Retraction will be assigned to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal for approval. On approval to the publication and content of the Retraction, it will be sent to the Journals Department for further process.
