Prof. Redha Taiar, Ph.D. Biomechanics now is a Professor at the University of Reims Champaign France. Head of the European Master of Biomechanics, Ergonomics and Clinical Research. Head of the University diploma of Podiatrics. Head of the University diploma of Ergonomics. Project manager in Middle East and Latin America. He is also head of the laboratory of Biomechanics at the University of Reims, vice head of department of Sport Science. Head of RTBE (redha Taiar Biomechanical Engineering) Society developed for Sport and medical advice for industry. Vice head of the congress of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Society (SOFMER) from October 2013 in Reims city. His researches focus on the industry engineering for medicine and high level sport. He is engineer for different industries like Arena for the high level sport and Sidas, Medicapteur for the medical development. For industry workers his last work was for the Notrax society Conception and validation of anti-fatigue mats. For sport his last works focus on the development of swimsuit for triathlon and swimming for Brazil Olympic Games (2016) and the suit fabrics for skiing Olympic Games at Sotchi in 2014. He is a specialist on Biomechanics of health disease and rehabilitation.

My work broadly concern on the performance analysis, training load monitoring, match analysis, small-sided and conditioned games, and physical activity and health. Research in this area has been supported by qualitative and qualitative methodologies, in order to capture the dynamic and multifactorial reality that characterizes performance in sport. Although most of my research focuses on football, I am interested in the study of other sports, especially team ball sports, on which I have also developed several research works.

PhD and full professor at the Department of Physical Education and Sports (University of Seville). He collaborates with several foreign research centers and has been an author in the main journals of the biomedical field, highlighting his contribution in the manual Exercise and Chronic Disease. An Evidence-Based Approach in the Editorial Routledge or publications in APMR, CER or EJAP. As a result of these studies, he received a prestigious research award at the XVII Andalusian Institute of Sport Sports Research Awards. In addition to a clear line focused on physical activity and health (especially focused on fibromyalgia, diabetes, aging or practice habits), has developed in parallel studies related to sport sciences, again, with very positive results as international publications in the JSS or the JSCR, among others. During these years he has participated in numerous research projects both with the public administration (Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Health of the Junta de Andalucía), and the private sector (Sevilla FC SAD or PowerPlate) and is part of the Editorial Committee or external reviewer from prestigious international journals (eg AC&R, J Pain Res, Mayo Clinics, etc.). In short, and as a member of the Andalusian Center for Research in Physical Activity, Health and Sport, is very aware of the importance of physical exercise to improve the health and physical condition of the population.

I’m very glad to inform you that, I have prepared a research article from my Research findings and entitled my article as “Impact of Floating feed on Growth Performance, Yield and Survival of Rohu (Labeo rohita) and Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in Tank Based Intensive Aquaculture System”. It was a unique research to determine the growth performance of rohu (Labeo rohita) and Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) as the conventional assessment of the growth rate avoiding intermediary data is highly criticized by the scholars as the data of the beginning and the end of production cycle usually considered for the measurement. This ascertains that pre-determined amount of feeding ration imparted by the farmers in case of floating feed which wastes the high-cost feed and money.The study was carried out to in intensive aquaculture system in tanks feeding with floating feed to assess the growth and production and to determine the growth rate focusing on different intermediate sampling stages to have better understanding on growth trends. The present study aimed to find out the crucial points in the growth of fish and to adjust the right amount of required quality feed to reduce the wastage of feed. If the wastage can be reduced the water quality of culture systems will also be improved. At the same time the cost of feed will be also minimized at the farmer’s level.This study reveals an outstanding clarification on the growth of both of the fish species in different sampling stages and thus the wastage of feed at the final stages of the culture period can be retarded due to the proper demonstration of feed. I am very enthusiastic to publish my article with such a prominent journal (International Journal of Aquaculture & Fishery Sciences) as its contribution in fisheries sector is highly applauded in terms of quality journal publication.
